Should the United States Take Action Against Isis?

Before Isis murdered 1700 cowardly Iraqi security forces, before they crucified people in broad daylight, Before they beheaded a barber for breaking sharia law by giving a shave, and as they gunned down peaceful people in the streets, we told them we don't want to get dragged into it. I no longer see this as a Mid-East problem. It is a Human problem. The environment that caused the problem there is present around the world, and even here in the United States. Unbridled religious fundamentalism, coupled with differing interpretations, and a lust for power. You add that to an uneducated, superstitious and desperate populace and you get nut jobs coming out of the woodwork trying to profit. Humans really need to wipe out all of these groups world wide, and with extreme prejudice. If humans don't do it now, they will regret it.

The world should contribute to a force tasked with responding to, and eliminating any group that uses terror against our people. When I say "our people" I'm referring to any human on the planet, or off the planet for that matter. If the United States can't be expected to be the world's police force, then the world needs to form one. Not like the paper tiger United Nations. One that is loyal to humanities basic principals, is motivated to protect the people of our planet from other people who would trample those basic principals, and is deadly effective so that any persons who would contemplate any actions, like those we witness with Isis, will quake with the fear of free humanities righteous retribution.

Will ISIS plan a 9/11-style terror plot against the U.S.?
