VA Hospital Appointment Scandal and RFC Forms Pattern of Abuse

At this time in history, the Veterans Administration Hospital System is undergoing investigation due to deaths caused by appointment fraud. In order to make the VA Hospitals in question seem to be comply with Federal Law, there were secret lists of appointments, and other methods of falsifying records, and/or abuse that caused the deaths of many of our Veterans.

I would like to point out another area that the VA Hospital personal are willfully ignoring federal law when dealing with patients at VA Hospitals. The doctors at VA medical facilities are refusing to fill out Functional Capacity Reports needed by veterans who are applying for Social Security Disability. What the reason for this practice is, I can only guess. Given the VA Hospital record, I would imagine it has to do with bonuses for someone in that system.

I have personal experience with this phenomenon. In the years 2010-2011 I was undergoing treatment at the Albuquerque Veterans Hospital for hepatitis C. I was effected so severely by this disease, and the treatment side effects, I could no longer work. Because of that, I applied for Social Security Disability Benefits. I was turned down twice, so I sought the help of an attorney. He helped me to get ready to bring my case before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). One of the forms I needed to make my case before the ALJ was a Residual Functional Capacity Report (RFC).

My lawyer gave me a Functional Capacity Report form to be filled out by my doctor. When I presented the form to my doctor at the VA hospital, he informed me that he was not allowed to fill out the form, and offered no explanation as to why. I got the same response from all VA staff when pursuing this matter. So I did some research. I found VHA DIRECTIVE 2008-071 to be very clear on this matter. I took my RFC form to the Patient advocate, and explained that I needed this form filled out so I can present it to Social Security. He responded with the typical response I had got used to. That they are not allowed to fill out such forms. Then I told him of VHA DIRECTIVE 2008-071 and that I had a copy of it on the thumb drive in my pocket. Boy did his attitude change with that. He got on the ball, and soon I was scheduled for a RFC assessment.

This is an ongoing problem with the VA that severely affects our Veterans. Some Veterans do not know of VHA DIRECTIVE 2008-071 , and haven't the will or resources to find this important information. Furthermore, the Veterans trust that the advocate is on their side, so they believe them when told they can not fill out those types of forms. A lot of the time, by the time the Veterans has got to this stage, they are on the verge of homelessness, or are homeless because of no income, no job, and to sick to work. The entire process seems to work against them.

This situation is an out rage, and shows further abuse by the staff of the Veterans Administration Hospital System. That along with the current appointments scandal, and the scandals of wild parties at tax payer expense show a pattern of abuse by the staff of the Veterans Administration Hospital System. This must end.

Our veterans risk all when they take the oath. They have pledged their very lives in defense of our liberties and freedom. It is a shameful and despicable situation. It flies in the face of all we as a nation believe in. Having a disabling illness is bad enough without the very organization the vets depend on to be on their side, betraying that trust in such a fashion. There is no reason under the sun why the veterans of our armed forces should be subjected to delays, and artificial road blocks in getting the help they need. That is exactly what happens when the doctors and other staff at the VA Hospitals wrongfully refuse to fill out these forms as required by law.

I believe this calls for further investigation of the VA Medical System. This is an ongoing problem, that has not been brought to the forefront of the American people's attention, nor has it been adequately addressed by our nation's government.

Please help our Veterans get the benefits they are entitled to, such as SSDI, by passing this along. I hope the national news programs take note. I hope congressmen and senators take note. I hope that the President of the United States of America takes note. When our Vets are denied the help they are lawfully entitled to, they are a service member left behind. That is shame to the extreme, and we people of the United States of America shall not tolerate it.

VHA DIRECTIVE 2008-071

 (2) All medical forms completed on behalf of the veteran require that the individual sign VA
Form 10-5345a, Individuals Request for a Copy of Their Own Health Information, and local
procedures must be followed for obtaining this authorization. Examples of these non-VA forms
include, but are not limited to:

 (a) Family Medical Leave Act forms.

 (b) Life insurance application forms.

 (c) Non-VA disability retirement forms.

 (d) State workers’ compensation forms.

 (e) State driver’s license or handicap parking forms.

 (f) Social Security Administration (SSA) examination forms.

ISIS Could be the Greatest Threat to Freedom Since WWII

If this is really their plan for the next 5 years, what comes later? The governments in that region need to take note, and respond decisively. The free world must eliminate this threat to freedom, now. Look at the map! Do you think these people are kidding around? They mean what they say, and we better start fighting back, even if we are sick of war. We free people must keep fighting this type of insanity no matter how tired we get. We must fight them, even unto death. We can do it now, and there. Or we will be fighting them from our homes right here.

ISIS 5 Year Plan
You should read the article I've placed a link for. I agree with the writer on this. I feel very sad for any person who would live under their rule! Women are property and have no rights. Any person who fails to fall in line with their primitive belief system is beheaded. Life means nothing to them. Death is preferred because they have the belief that it is their duty to die, and will be rewarded in some mythical afterlife.

There are many who believe the United States is immune from these pathogens. That's right! They are pathogens to the body of humanity. Like any disease they must be eliminated from the body of humanity, or we will suffer.

A pathogen (Greek: πάθος pathos “suffering, passion” and -γενής -genēs “producer of”)

If someone, a person you know that was mean and nasty told you to your face "I will kill you", and you knew that person meant it, what do you do? You don't let them. You do everything in your power to stop them before they make good on that threat. ISIS has said they plan the conquest of the world. They will cause many of us to die if they are not stopped, and I mean now.

If there is a leak in your roof, you don't sit around worrying, and wondering when the roof will collapse! You fix it before things get out of hand. This needs to be fixed before the roof collapses,and the costs then sky rocket in terms of lives.

Why the Current Incarnation of ISIS Is No Joke
Howard Barbanel
Writer, editor, political consultant, winemaker.

"Unfortunately, what's needed is for the West to man-up and send in a multi-national force (Americans, Brits, French, Germans, etc.) and squash ISIS (which has ambitions of spreading their Islamic revolution to London and New York). It won't take many planes or drones. ISIS has no air force. It won't even take many troops to confront the several thousand ISIS fighters. What it will take is will power and if there's absence of that we will be left only with the words of the 18th Century Irish philosopher Edmund Burke: "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

SSDI Could be Cut by 20%

CUT the word CUT jumps off the page. What a thing to wake up to. There is a real possibility of SSDI benefits being CUT by 20%. Perhaps I could move to China and become a Sex Worker. Maybe, when I get thrown out into the streets when I can't afford a place to live, I could move into one of the many unused or vacant buildings Washington is maintaining. I know, I might could get one of them to not move their desk at the SEC, and use the money saved to help pay my light bill.

Disabled Recipients of Social Security Fund Face Hefty Benefits Cut <=== read

Contrary to popular beliefs, congress will not get a pay raise this year. They voted to freeze it for 2014. So I can't use that as ammunition, but there are plenty of other sources of ammunition. Look at the short list provided below. Go to the heritage.org link provided and see 50 things that are deemed more important than taking care of our disabled Americans, like 19 cent washers.

You can bet your ass that the GOP is going to use the Social Security Disability trust fund as a bargaining chip to get unsavory legislation crammed down America's throat. While the Republicans share a bed with oil giants and the Koch brothers, they pull the safety net out from under millions of our citizens.

I was talking to a young fellow the other day who complained about helping poor people. He said, "I will always work. I will dig ditches, wash dishes or anything I have to do to work, but I'll always have a job because I don't want to be homeless." I hope that isn't a prevailing attitude among the Republican portion of our population. It would seem that younger people who are Republicans are more prone to this attitude. We need these people to be reasonable, and not vote for any Social Security Cutting jerk-wads. No one knows what the next day holds. You could be the next person on SSDI. And good luck with that.

Despite what you may hear, it is extremely hard to qualify for SSDI. On average, over 70% of the people who apply are turned down. I myself was turned down twice. I had to go before an administrative law judge, who after taking one look at me, and asking a few question, gave me SSDI from the bench. He looked at me and asked if the way I looked was a result of my condition, and I affirmed that it was. He knew I was in need of help from my country. Let me tell you, a bench decision doesn't happen very often. That fine judge upheld the promise when others denied it. He didn't allow a hard working, but very sick American to be tossed to the curb.

But that is exactly what is going to happen if our government doesn't start working together to fix the problem they created. GRIDLOCK! I mostly blame the GOP. They squandered many hours of time in the halls of congress fighting over the ACA, and doing everything in their power to ruin President Obama, including shutting down OUR government. They should have been working together to solve problems, instead of working to destroy a president. In their efforts to hamstring our president, and their vendetta against Hillary Clinton, it is the little guy who pays the ultimate price for their focused hate.

Please vote out ALL of the people in government who would support corporate welfare, oil subsidies, wasteful spending, over our poor and sick Americans.

I'm getting to really dislike the members of the GOP. I am starting to think they are the ones who are trying to destroy our nation. A nation is not judged by how it treats its riches citizens, but rather by how it treats its poor and sick citizens.

It really makes me feel bad about America. I worked hard for a lot of years under the assumption that if ever I became unable to work that SSDI would be there. I did not apply for it until I was absolutely destitute because of illness. Now because of government mismanagement the promise may not hold true. That makes me sick at heart for my country, the United States of America.

Paul Ryan Calls IRS Chief a Liar

It is quite disturbing that the IRS may have been used as a tool against the Tea Party or the GOP. I have to say it does seem very fishy that all them hard drives crashed at such an opportune time.

Even so, I think it was in poor taste for Rep. Paul Ryan to say "I don't believe you" to John Koskinen, the IRS Director. Mr. Ryan sat there and hurled accusations, one after the other without giving any opportunity for rebuttal, then called him a liar. That is in very poor taste and shows a lack of class. I think Mr. Ryan was looking to make a name for himself, and damage the currant administration only. Any abuse of power by the IRS is secondary to the goal of destroying the current administration.

He should be probing for the facts, ONLY. It is not his job to call people a liar. That will come out at the end of the investigation. People will know it no matter if Mr. Ryan points it out. He needs to ask questions, gather facts, and leave the disposition of the case to them who will decide if this needs to be elevated.

Mr Paul Ryan is grandstanding for political gain, nothing more.

As far as my interest in the IRS, if any person in that organization broke the law, they should be punished. Let us have our judges decide who is guilty and/or lying.

Proximity Alert Systems Could Save Baby's Life

I've got an idea that may save a baby's or a dog's life.

You know the Proximity Alert devices on the market? Attach one each onto the baby's car seat, and to your dog's collar. Then when you move a set distance from your car, you'll get an alarm. Then you can avoid forgetting, with the tragic results that could happen.

Here is an advertisement for one of these devices:

"Every 3.5 seconds, a mobile phone is lost or stolen. When you consider the threat to your sensitive data, your downtime and the cost of recovering your phone, you´ll understand exactly why we developed Proximo. This app-enabled proximity monitoring system lets you track your iPhone®, keys and other valuable items at all times. Proximo will alert you with a customizable alarm the moment you move a set distance away from your iPhone. Purchase additional tags to track up to 5 important items."

Track 5 items could include your baby and dog!

If you believe this idea has value, and could save lives, please share it.

I am not interested with getting a million likes or shares. I have no interest in the company that sells these devises. I'm only interested in saving lives.

Sleep Deprivation: a Dangerous Accepted Aviation Practice

The problem with proper rest periods for aviation personal is not limited to pilots and air traffic controllers. It is a systemic problem that also has negative effect on the maintenance personal. It has to do with the way this regulation is interpreted.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
14 CFR 121.377 Maintenance and preventive maintenance personnel duty time limitations.
Within the United States, each certificate holder (or person performing maintenance or preventive maintenance functions for it) shall relieve each person performing maintenance or preventive maintenance from duty for a period of at least 24 consecutive hours during any seven consecutive days, or the equivalent thereof within any one calendar month.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In my experience as an aviation professional, I have run into this problem on almost every job. The maintenance industry interpret this "or the equivalent thereof within any one calendar month." to mean that the maintenance person may be worked 26 days in a row, then give them 4 days off, and that is compliance. I say that defeats the purpose of the intention of 14 CFR 121.377. That being, to ensure that fresh minds are maintaining the air-fleet, which makes a safer environment for both the worker, and the users (passengers & flight-crew) of the aircraft. The FAA seems to agree, but are fought on this point by the aviation industry.

I interpret that CFR 121.377 to mean that each maintenance personal shall have one 24 hour rest period  after working 6 days in a row. My experience tells me this is very reasonable, safer, and more cost effective. A person who is sleep/rest deprived will have more accidents, make more mistakes and have a lower moral along with a lower quality of life. This has negative effect on the tranquility of the home too!

The aircraft in the United States fleet must be brought into maintenance on a regular basis. Sometimes it is minor maintenance. Other times it is something called a C check, or D check. When this happens, the aircraft is brought into the depot level maintenance facility and completely stripped down, thoroughly inspected, and all problems corrected, and Fleet Directives addressed. Normally this is contracted to be done within a fixed amount of time. If that time is exceeded, penalties are incurred by the maintenance facility. That can run into $1000's a day.

So, in order to meet these deadlines, the maintenance facility will often work maintenance personal 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 26 days in a row, then give them 4 days off. In my opinion, and in the opinion of most aviation personal, this is not a safe environment for the worker or the passenger.

Personal example: When I was working at Dalfort at Love Field in Dallas, Tx., the management wanted me to work 16 hour shifts. I agreed, and after two of those shifts, I made an error on a wing to body cowling that cost $1000's. The error was a direct result of fatigue brought on by having worked 30 hours with only 4 hours of sleep, and being rushed to meet a deadline. There are other stories out there I'm sure.

Sleep deprivation is a problem throughout our modern world. Most industrial accidents occur during graveyard shifts. There has been some very bad accidents caused by the sleep deprived worker. Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, The Challenger (space shuttle) Explosion, the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, the American Airlines Flight 1420 Crash were all caused by sleep deprivation. That is only a short list too! I could go on and on with this gruesome list.

Sleep deprivation costs our world billions of dollars, and many, many lives each year. The fallacy of it is, sleep deprivation is a simple thing to fix. The FAA has addressed this problem with CFR 121.377, but remains under pressure from the aviation industry to resend decisions that favor a 24 hour rest in a 7 day period, and even argues what is considered duty!
(read this report: https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2011/04/15/2011-9236/interpretation-of-duty-and-rest-provisions-for-maintenance-personnel)

Sleep deprivation is a world wide problem with an easy fix. I say addressing this serous problem in a proactive way is not only over due, it is mandatory.

Please share this important message. Lets eliminate this problem NOW! Go get some rest.

A Vision for the Future

The best way to stimulate the economy is to pour money into education, NASA/Space Exploration and research & development.

Our government has been mismanaged for a very long time. Instead of supporting policy that would expand our economy, and our civilization, we have poured money into oil subsidies, greedy Wall Street crooks and war.

Every since time immemorial, human economy has been based on expansion. Humanity has expanded out over all corners of the Earth. There is no where else to colonize for the masses. That leaves us competing for finite resources.

Skilled factory jobs have been outsourced to lands where the cost of labor is less. All the while, our society has told the young that they must get a college degree to make a good wage. In the process of obtaining that degree, they are gouged to the limit for things like books and tuition. They go into massive debt only to find upon graduation that the promised jobs do not exist.

All this has caused spending on social programs, and crime caused by desperation and poverty to increase at an unsustainable rate.

So how would pouring money into education, NASA/Space Exploration and research & development solve our problems, you may ask?

We had a chance to avoid all this back in the early days of the 1970's, in the Apollo era. That is the time our nation dropped the ball, and greed took control. If our society had continued funding NASA and education at the same rate, and accounting for inflation, we would not have the problems we do today. Humanity would have had colonies on Mars, and the Moon by now. Along with that we would have skilled people to do the work necessary for such expansion. The jobs would be there for them who wish to seek advanced education, and for them who wish to do skilled craftsman type work. The crime rate would be lower because there wouldn't be so many poor, desperate and disillusioned people. Social spending would be far less than it is today as a percentage of our overall budget. We, as a species could support many more billions of people because we would no longer be confined to only one celestial body for a place to live. War would not be so frequent because humans would not be competing so desperately for finite resources. Humanity could of had, should of had a Golden Era, but we were robbed of it.

It is not to late to turn things around. All we have to do is vote out all the primitive thinkers, and start a massive global effort to do now what we should of been doing during the last 40 years. We, as a nation, and as the most powerful economic and industrial force on our planet should take the lead. We can, by our example, cause other nations to join our efforts.

Don't get me wrong, please. I am not going to say it will be easy because it won't. It took the will of an entire globe of freedom loving people to defeat despotism during WWII. It took sacrifice and dedication, long hours and blood to solve that horrible problem, but we did it. We did it because we had to do it or be slaves.

The efforts we need to build a new society, who's industry is based on the unlimited possibilities of expansion into the cosmos, can still be had. We can avoid the further economic enslavement of humanity by greedy, self serving people if we take action. The longer we wait, the harder it will be to set things right, and the more unnecessary suffering innocent people will be subjected to.

The new elections are upon us. Now is the time to start changing the status quo. Now is the time to start the Golden Era for humanity.

If you agree with the message here, please "like" & "Share" it so we can inform as many people as possible. Most important of all, vote for people who will advance this cause. An informed populace is the greedy, corrupt politicians worst enemy.

Thank you for reading this. Thank you for being a part of the solution.

Let's Be the Most Informed Voters Ever

Remember what I said about looking up stuff about politics? This is an example of why I think that is so important.

I was watching a speech being broadcast from the Faith & Freedom Coalition Conference. I figured I better learn something about this group. I started digging. Well let me tell you, it didn't take long to hit dirt.

Look at this trail and ask yourself, "Should I trust the Faith & Freedom Coalition? Should I dig further?"

This is really important stuff, my friends. Let's be the most informed voters ever.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Faith and Freedom Coalition: The organization was founded in 2009 by Christian Coalition founder Ralph E. Reed, Jr., who described it as "a 21st century version of the Christian Coalition".
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ralph E. Reed, Jr.: Role in the Christian Coalition:
Reed was hired by religious broadcaster-cum-Presidential candidate Pat Robertson as executive director of the Christian Coalition in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Reed led the organization from 1989 to 1997. Once Federal prosecutors began investigating charges by the Christian Coalition's chief financial officer, Judy Liebert, Reed resigned from his post, and moved to Georgia.

In 1996, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) brought an enforcement action in United States District Court,[11] alleging Reed and the coalition "violated federal campaign finance laws during congressional elections in 1990, 1992 and 1994, and the presidential election in 1992." The FEC prevailed in this action.

Pat Robertson: In 1994, in the aftermath of the Rwandan Genocide, Robertson solicited donations for his charity organization Operation Blessing International to provide medical supplies to refugees in neighboring Zaire (present-day Congo), where Robertson had allegedly negotiated a diamond-mining contract with Zairian dictator Mobutu Sese Seko. [24]According to two Operation Blessing pilots who reported the incident to the state of Virginia for investigation, rather than delivering relief supplies to refugees, the organization's planes were primarily used to haul diamond-mining equipment to Robertson's mines in Zaire.

The week of September 11, 2001, Robertson discussed the terror attacks with Jerry Falwell, who said that "the ACLU has to take a lot of blame for this" in addition to "the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays, and the lesbians [who have] helped [the terror attacks of September 11th] happen." Robertson replied, "I totally concur."[54] Both evangelists were seriously criticized by President George W. Bush for their commentary,[55] for which Falwell later issued an apology.

Christians Back Cannabis Legalization Effort

I'm glad to see this. (link to article below) I don't like mixing religion with politics, but basing a law on a biblical principal may not be a bad thing 100% of the time. Like the law against murder. Everyone knows that is a bad thing, and it is forbidden by several holy books. This is like that. Everyone knows cannabis isn't a bad thing, It is not forbidden in any holy book that I know of. It is given to humans in one holy book I know of:

King James Bible
"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."

I support their efforts.

Oklahoma Senator Quotes Genesis 1:29 to Seek Marijuana Legalization

~Quoted from article~
""We're putting forth Genesis 1:29 as the basis of this campaign," KFOR.com quoted Sen. Johnson, a Democrat, as telling supporters at the State Capitol on Friday after filing the petition with the office of the Oklahoma secretary of state.

"God created this wonderful, miraculous plant and we know that it has been vilified for the last 100 years, and it's time to change that in Oklahoma," added the senator, who has led efforts, along with attorney David Slane, to legalize pot."

The Most Informed Voters in American History

Good morning, and a happy Wednesday. I've been thinking about the political process this morning. Specifically the Indiana political process.

In the past I watched TV, listened to ads on the radio, and read news papers to get news on political candidates. That worked up to a point. It wasn't ideal by a long shot. I'm sure there was a massive amount of information on the candidates I did not know. A lot of information I had no idea existed or how to access it. A lot of information I knew existed, but didn't know how to access. Things are somewhat different now.

Now we have the information powerhouse of the internet. Now we have vast amounts of information at our beck and call. With the slightest movements of our fingers and wrists, we can summon all the information we need to make informed choices. We can also get all the latest news about the happenings in government halls, and share it instantly among our fellow citizens. We can write our thoughts about candidates and issues, and instantly have thousands of eyes reading our message. We even have the power to make videos of our issue of choice, and air it freely to free peoples around the world. How awesome is that?

Well, I'll tell you how awesome I think it is. It's only as awesome as we make it by our own use. There are many pit falls to avoid. Like liars. There are plenty of them out there. They take pleasure in duping people into believing their fabrications. They love to take a story, or a statement, chop it into little pieces, glue it back together with crazy glue, then regurgitate their vial concoction for the consumption of trusting people. They do it with only one end goal. Their own enrichment is their goal, be that monetarily, or self aggrandizement. It the end of the day, the liars don't give a hoot about your welfare at all.

We also have all the people who tell untruths, but believe with all their heart that they tell the truth. These people are very hard to deal with. Most of them have mental blinders on that will not allow them to consider anything other than what they already know. They tell their so called truths over and again, and not necessarily to bring others into their way of thinking. They, more often than not, are looking for confirmation of their misguided ideology or truths by like minded individuals. Not much point in reading their diatribe, or trying to present them with the truth. They already have their scripted and well rehearsed verses to say over and again.

What's left is the truth. So be prepared to dig for it. When you see, or hear something one of our candidates say, look that stuff up! If it is from your favorite party, or from the one you don't like, you have to look up everything any of them say. If you see that they know, or hang around with a person or company, look that person or company up and see what they are about. Some times you have to look at the person the candidate is involved with, then look it the company's business that the person the candidate is involved with does, and who else is in that business, and who they supported in the past. Just the mention of one name can uncover a whole lot of hidden schemes and dirty deals. All you have to do is dig for it. It's out there, and they don't want you to find it.

All that dirt on these guys and companies is there for you to find and use to make informed decisions on who to vote for. One of the ways you can know a true heart candidate is by just how willing they are to be forthcoming with that information. A lot of them depend on you to NOT dig for the truth, to NOT remember the past, to make knee jerk decisions and/or to be apathetic. Some of these crooks are winning time and again because of that. Just look at the unchallenged seats of any government office. Look at how many governmental offices there are that no one even filed to run for. That shows extreme apathy in that voter base, and the old guard just loves it.

It is time to end all that stuff. It is time for the people of the United States of America to use the new found power of the internet, and social media to take power. It is time for the people of the United States to be the most informed voters in American history. All we have to do is take charge. Make the liars tell the truth because they will have no choice other than to tell the truth. Time to make the persons who say they have the truth to prove it, or sit quietly by until they can present the real truth.

Even everything, every word I say here on this blog is not immune to scrutiny. No one, no thing is immune from the question "Is it the truth? Is it real? If some person tells you there can be no questioning of their truth or opinion, stop right there, and know you are dealing with a person of questionable intent.

So please join me, my fellow lovers of liberty and freedom. That plea goes for ALL Americans, no matter your status. We have all got to take power from the self serving people who are ruining our republic.

Here is a link for the people of Indiana to help get started.  It is from ballotpedia.org

Indiana elections, 2014

I would give your state a look, and go from there. Study, study, study. Don't depend on someone else to do it for you. If you do, you will regret it.

Now lets get the liars out, and the true heart politicians in.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance: We must stay the course.

I try real hard to keep my violent human nature in check. In my opinion there are only a few instances where violence may be condoned.

1. The protection of self from actual, or meaningfully promised violence.
2. The protection of people who can not protect themselves from actual, or meaningfully promised violence.

The purpose or reason for the violence, other than that stated above, is invalid and will not be considered, except with contempt for the acts.

It matters not the source of the violent acts, or the benefactor. All violent acts against all persons must be condemned, acted upon and the source eliminated. I'm not picking on any group in particular. I'm talking about all persons or groups of persons actively engaged in, or contemplating such despicable activities.

I'm kind of protective of my fellow humans. I kind of have my own private club about it. It has a membership of one. I call it the "International Association for the Advancement of All People", the IAAAP. I got the idea for the name from the NAACP, I just wanted to be more inclusive. I wanted to include the entire human species.

I don't give a rats ass about who did what to who. I don't give a damn about centuries old conflict or grudges! I especially don't care about how right anyone's religion is. If it causes harm to the living humans, it is evil. The only thing I care about is One Earth, One People. Everything else is secondary, and of less importance. Anything that detracts from the well being of humanity, and their happy and harmonious existence is an anathema, and must be eliminated from the face of the Earth. That philosophy is all inclusive too!

I know we have done a hell of a lot. We have given of ourselves to the utmost. If we sit idly by as observers, not involving ourselves with despotism's destruction, it will be visited upon us.

"The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."
~Thomas Jefferson~

“The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.”
~George Washington, George Washington's Farewell Address~

The following is graphic video of the types of behavior that must be eliminated from our planet.

Shocking Syria crucifixion video emerges

There are plenty of examples of this kind of human behavior. You can look for them some more if you have the stomach for it. You better get the stomach for ending this type of madness from human society. If you don't, don't come crying if one day you are accused of breaking some obscure religious law, and find yourself fighting for your life.

Okay, come crying to me. I can't deny you any more than the others.

Should the United States Take Action Against Isis?

Before Isis murdered 1700 cowardly Iraqi security forces, before they crucified people in broad daylight, Before they beheaded a barber for breaking sharia law by giving a shave, and as they gunned down peaceful people in the streets, we told them we don't want to get dragged into it. I no longer see this as a Mid-East problem. It is a Human problem. The environment that caused the problem there is present around the world, and even here in the United States. Unbridled religious fundamentalism, coupled with differing interpretations, and a lust for power. You add that to an uneducated, superstitious and desperate populace and you get nut jobs coming out of the woodwork trying to profit. Humans really need to wipe out all of these groups world wide, and with extreme prejudice. If humans don't do it now, they will regret it.

The world should contribute to a force tasked with responding to, and eliminating any group that uses terror against our people. When I say "our people" I'm referring to any human on the planet, or off the planet for that matter. If the United States can't be expected to be the world's police force, then the world needs to form one. Not like the paper tiger United Nations. One that is loyal to humanities basic principals, is motivated to protect the people of our planet from other people who would trample those basic principals, and is deadly effective so that any persons who would contemplate any actions, like those we witness with Isis, will quake with the fear of free humanities righteous retribution.

Will ISIS plan a 9/11-style terror plot against the U.S.?

Republican National Committee Has Gone Squirrely!

The RNC better remember these words;

"The RNC said the squirrel will make additional appearances in coming days. “Known for its keen memory, the squirrel recognizes the dangers of a Hillary Clinton presidency and will continue to dig up her record, no matter how hard the liberal media tries to bury it,” the group said in a statement."

Forget about political attack dogs. The Republican National Committee has a giant squirrel.
As former secretary of state Hillary Clinton criss-crosses the country to promote her...

They better not misstep either! There will be plenty of people picking every last word they say apart. Every mention of a name connected with a politician, the name gets researched for anything we can find. With the Republican track record of lies and hateful vendettas against the President, they are going to bear a much greater burden of proof than the rest. Still, that don't mean the democrats will escape scrutiny. All of them people will be put under the magnifying glass. They better take some advise. What they did in the past means less than lying about it. Don't lie.

These silly antics put on by the RNC are laughable and sophomoric. They show their true colors when they do anything like that. Instead of stunts designed to cover their weaknesses, they should be concentrating on something more productive, like not lying.

That's how they choose to spend your donations to the Republican Party. Oops! Silly me. That was probably payed for by some foreign company they don't have to tell you about. Don't worry about it.

The GOP’s weapon against Hillary? A giant squirrel

Cannabis Prohibition & Broken Trust: The Big Lie

I sure do wish cannabis was legal in Indiana. If it was, I would be smoking a bowl right now. It helps me with peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet. Cannabis can help a lot of people. I know this from personal experience. Here is the way I see it.

First off we, the American People, were purposely lied to about the nature of this substance from the start. That, my friend, is a breaking of the public's trust. Our ancestors didn't put Harry Anslinger, or anyone else like him, in our government to manipulate the process for their own purposes. The only purpose anyone in our government has is to do the will and business of the people. That is a sacred trust that must never be broken.

So we were lied to. We are also putting a lot of peaceful people behind bars too! It is an out rage that any person would loose their freedoms and liberties over cannabis! It is a ridiculous exercise in hypocrisy. You know it. I know it, and the people at the DEA and DOJ know it. Everyone knows that alcohol and tobacco are far more likely to cause death and loss of property than marijuana. So why all the hand wringing?

Maybe one of the reasons for the hand wringing goes back to the first lies to be told on this topic. No one wants to admit that the government lied about the whole thing, and on purpose. It is stuff like this that makes me loose respect for the people who run things. A blatant example of the not admitting was seen when Bill Clinton said the "didn't inhale" comment. Yeah right! So come on, guys! Fess up, and admit the truth! Who do you think you're dealing with? You'll piss off the public way more by not coming forth.

There is the money and crime issue to consider too. Anyone who says the gangsters don't make big profits off the fact that marijuana is illegal is deluding themselves. Politicians in Mexico say the American apatite for drugs is to blame for their problem with murder and gang violence. They are correct, but the problem can't be shoved off on the people. It is the policies of the government that set up an environment where criminals are allowed to profit and flourish, where the fault lays. They try to act like the persons are broken, when it is the system that is broken. Fix the system.

When it comes to cannabis, fixing the system would go a long way towards fixing a lot of other things. It can help offset the irresponsible spending of the people we have in government. There, I said it. Colorado and Washington haven't seen any wave of crime, or reefer madness gripping the population. People must of thought it would turn out like a bad 1950's sci-fi movie. Marijuana Zombies didn't start roaming the streets in search of doughnut shops to ravage. Very little happened that could be called "bad". Mostly good stuff happened, like collecting millions of dollars for schools. The crime rate actually went down in Colorado.

I could go on and on about the $BILLIONS$ being lost to criminals. I could harp all day long about how old persons on Social Security or Disability could grow a few plants and supplement their incomes. We could mention the jobs that could be created in a time when we need jobs very badly. I could mention all them things, but I won't! Oops, I just did.

Come on friends! Lets make this a major ballot issue in the 2016 Elections. Get vocal. Vote!

Trouble in Iraq: Who's to Blame?

Mitt Romney is having fun laying the blame for Isis at the administration's feet. Apparently, the President and Hillary Clinton didn't do the things needed to stop this from happening, so it is their fault. Let's not forget that Obama promised to get all of our troops out of there. Everyone wanted him to bring all of our troops home from there, and Afghanistan.

Romney: Obama's 'Inaction' Is Responsible for Iraq Falling to ISIS

How about keeping things in prospective. How about laying the fault at the feet of ignorance and superstition. The factions in that part of the world only care about 1500 year old blood feuds, and tribal power. A bunch of primitive thinkers with an axe to grind caused this. The people riding through the streets shooting peaceful folks are to blame for the violence there now. The security forces fleeing their posts in the face of the enemy allowed this wave of terror. The failure of the al-Maliki government to be blind to factions, and using the office for revenge, has caused this.

I'm going to have to remember that everything that happens now, and through to the end of the election will be tainted by the election. Each side is going to use any event as ammunition against one another. They will do that even if they have to stretch the truth to the breaking point.

First Humans Post June 15, 2014

Hello friends. This marks the first blog of the Human blog. I'm doing this blog for a few reasons. First is, I care. Second is, I have the time. Third is, because I can. That makes me want to give you quality.

I'm going to be talking about a lot of different things. If you have followed me on Facebook, you know I have a different way of seeing things. I'll share that different view with you here.

This being the first post, I have a lot to figure out. It seems pretty simple. Regular word processor, and HTML editor. Sweet!
